i found the hospitality perfect upon arrival. mr jitendra from housekeeping paid great attention to every detail, the room decoration for my daughter's birthday was superb. ganpat assisted with the room décor. shubash from dining was very helpful, fulfilling all our requests, his service was excellent, also, a surprise complimentary foot spa was great.
i noticed the kids' indoor play area was substandard and below par. the overall atmosphere felt somewhat lacking in genuine warmth.

the resort is surrounded by mountains. its location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, however, it offers a serene escape from the city center. i noted easy access to transportation options.

I totally loved the spacious Luxury Room King Bed Bathtub. It had a king bed. And there was a nice bathtub. Also the provided toiletries smelled great! The room service was quick. I got all my requests handled very swiftly. The staff seemed very eager to assist. I found that amazing.
The television reception was a bit spotty at times!

The breakfast buffet had a large selection of options. I saw several live cooking stations. The restaurant staff was very attentive, ensuring all guests had drinks, also clearing plates promptly.

I noticed the fitness center has modern equipment, with several treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area is large, offering many sun loungers. There is a dedicated kids' pool ensuring safety for families.

The concierge arranged transportation. I really appreciated their help with local tours. The front desk staff was always available. They seemed helpful with any questions I had!
